Learn to make your own serving platter - perfect for holiday gatherings or gifts! We will use slabs to hand build platters using circular, oval, or free form organic shapes. Explore different surface decorations including carving, stamps, and textural rollers. This is a one day workshop in which you will make and finish your platter then we will take care of firing and glazing your pieces. Come pick up your finished platters in time for the holidays!

MEET LUMA
Luma moved to Bend, Oregon after 15+ years living and working as a fashion designer in New York City. Via Luma Ceramics is her ceramic brand and is the culmination of her years in art school, career as a designer, and love of form and function. Her work is lightweight, organic yet modern with touches of whimsy.
